People of faith? Not even close! Oklahoma has admitted defeat in its war on barbed wire, Tweety Bird, and American Eagles. It is now legal to get a tatoo in Oklahoma. As the Times announces," The measure ends a ban on tattooing that had been in effect since 1963. The new law takes effect Nov. 1.''Regardless of one's personal views about tattoos, the plain fact is that tattooing is prevalent,'' Gov. Brad Henry said." Freedom is definitely a wonderful thing; if not in the mideast, at least in Stillwater.
