The dude who tried to break Nancy Kerrigan's knee wanted the court to give him a do-over, clearing his record because the felony assault prevents him from becoming a Navy Seal. The story explains:
"This summer, his lawyer filed court papers asking for Stant's conviction to be set aside, saying Stant had lived a law-abiding life since leaving prison and needed a break to achieve his dream of joining the SEALs.
In court Thursday, Stant asked for the expungement so that "my case doesn't overshadow who I am as a person."
The case doesn't define the person; the actions define the person. Hobbit...

Let's drop him off in Northern Afghanistan. If he can locate Bin Laden and then club him in the knees, we should let him into the SEALS.
