The Wall Street robbery forced not only the Republican Party but the rest of the nation to look in the mirror. Give money to rich people, they hoard it in anticipation of speculative desperation. Give money to poor people, they buy groceries and clothes and medicine, which must be sold to them by other poor people after it is trucked to them by more poor people after other poor people manufacture it. ...Granted, this move would have been more effective had the Fascist Republicans not exported American manufacturing to places where people are paid in fried insects rather than money, but there is still a semblance of a workforce in this country, and the American workforce has always been its strength.(AXE Emphasis and sustained applause...)
